I see no scrollbar when I open the "new topic" dialog

I'm using phoenix 0.5

What resolution are you running? e.g. 800x600, 1024x768, etc.

Are you resizing the window any or leaving it at its default size? Do you now see a scrollbar at all or is it disabled (i.e. shaded gray)?

I'm running 1024x768. The main window is ok, the popun isn't.

I have a hunch what might be causing this. Can you do me a favor and see if it happens at either of these URLs:
