Rather than start a new topic for this, I'm just going to post this in here. The two problems aren't related, I don't think. A member of mine posted this earlier:

Let's say for instance I'm in GI, and I click on a thread. Once I'm done, and I hit the back button it will take me back to GI, but the topic list is old and it's always the same. I'll see if I can get some screen caps to better illustrate what I'm talking about.

When I first go to GI:
