I know this is an old topic but everyone has come up with really complicated things to solve a very simple problem. Just use a blank index.html page with a redirect line to
http://www.yourwebsite.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi and 0 time delay in the header and it will take you directly to the Bulletin Board when someone hits your website. It's a Meta tag that does this if I remember correctly. It's been a few years since I've used it so don't remember exactly but if needed I could look up the syntax for anyone that is interrested.
