Open public_forum_page.pl in your NonCGI/Templates directory.
Find:
Replace with:
Now have images named FORUMNAME.gif, for each forum name you have, in your NonCGI directory. May cause problems if you have spaces in your forum names, so be careful. That's probably the easiest way to do it though.
