I can't believe this thread is still going... NBAustin, the older browsers will not show the mouseovers. For a list of what will and will not work check here :

You may want to make multiple styles sheets and load them (with javascript) based on the browser if that fact that they do not mouseover in the old browsers are unacceptable.
