Infopop does. We're just here to help out people, and it's a general rule that you need to show a URL if you want to get some help.
We have a large problem with people running pirated boards, so it's our way to verify that you're legit. Oh, and documentation is available at IP's site, but I assume you know that already, because you must've seen it when you downloaded your UBB from the member's area.
