I've almost got my webpage completly xhtml validated but for 2 things.

One thing is how do i get around the error that the validator picks on, on ads like linksynergy.com or such?

The link contains things like:
&offerid, &type and &subid

So it gives me errors like:
"reference not terminated by refc delimiter"

Also, why is acting like a
? Is there a way to kill this extra line?
