How do you get your "Who's Online" to show up like a catagory? Similar to how Mr. Clean has his set up?

In the installation instructions, Borg says to do this:

I would like to know where to put that code to make my 'Who's Online' look like the one here at UBBDev (so it shows underneath the "Forum Topics Posts Last Post Moderators" bar).
Can someone please post the proper code and code location for this formatting?

If someone can help me out with this, I would appreciate it. I am running the custom header mod, if that makes a difference. If it does, what is the proper code to fix it so it looks like the one here at UBBDev?
