In your previous post, you listed "gamez" and "appz" as two of your forums. Since these are commonly used as section categories on warez sites, that makes me think you run a warez site. We do not offer any support whatsoever to warez sites here. If you can offer proof that you do not run a warez site, we will be more than happy to assist you wherever possible. But now you've raised our attention to you, and your persistence in denying it without offering any proof otherwise is only deepening my impression of you.
It's called the Fair Use Act, which states that unless explicitly stated otherwise, images and many other types of files found on the Internet may be used freely, as long as they are for non-commercial purposes. And since you obviously don't see me selling anything on my site right now, that qualifies me as non-commercial. If you find the original owner of that image, and find where it explicitly says that the image cannot be used anywhere else, I will be more than happy to remove it.
If you don't have a site, how can you have a UBB? If you have a UBB, you've got to have it somewhere.
It costs me about $15/month to have the site that I have. That's less than the cost of most people's internet access. I'm not rich either. You don't have to be rich to have a site.
