Okay.. I have my web guy in the club designing a new site for our club...
Currently the site is setup with a simple header that fit quite easily in with the ubb, as can be seen here.

I don't want to use frames if at all possible, i'd like it to integrate well and the new header to scroll along with the page (the old header on the current page will obviously be gone :))
I really have no clue where to start with this and how involved it will be, but I'd love to set it up
Any clues?
