Background Problem--HELP!

Anyone know how to have the Page Background image show through so that you see text only on top of the background?

Right now, the COLOR backgrounds of the TABLES cover up the backgroung image of the PAGE.

I tried specifying NO COLORS (leaving the html color #) cell blank in the "Style Templates", but it doesn't seem to allow it.
Am using UBB 6.05.

Any and all help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!
