Sending FULL UBB files is an infringement if copyright!
Anyways your error says 'Error including required files' so in the files u hacked, in the require statements at the top try putting the full path to the file ie.
require "/home/users/sites/mysite/ubb/file.cgi";
Also, it says u have a syntax error - syntax error at /data01/www/s/www.shop.ee/cgi-bin/forum/ubb_lib.cgi line 608, near "s/(^|s)(
www.S+)/ now it looks to me like you left a > off the end before closing the quotes.
