Mine is at the bottom but this is what I did:

Open ubb_forum_summary.cgi

Find:

Code
code:

Replace with:

Code
code:


End of ubb_forum_summary.cgi

Open public_forum_summary.pl

Find:

Code
code:

delete it

Find:
Code
code:

Add BELOW:
Code
code:

This last part was taken from the original Who's Online addon mod, and it's supposed to add it to the top of your forums.

***NOTE**** the code above for ubb_forum_summary.cgi may work differently for you. Just a warning.
