I am looking for something similar, the best? workaround so far is a dummy moderator whose email is a group email made up of all the members, this list needs to be manually created using either new registrants or via the cp to grab the current list. A bit messy I should say.
UBB already has email a friend built in and can distinguish between a new topic and a new reply and is able to access (albeit just 200) the members list. It must be a doddle for this feature to be hacked in?
Unfortunately, I am not any good at ready the scripts so can't do it myself.
This feature has been requested so many times and is not yet on the "next version wish list".
Anyone have any time to spend on this?
