There is a working avatar hack made my qasic(must be a vaild ubb to get into it, looking at your ubb. and were it is stored. you downloaded it. so don't look like you will get this hack unless. soneone gave it to you.

To put more message icons in your bulletin. just upload them to the icons direct. in the noncgi of your sever. just have them named right icon1, icon2 and etc.
