I get this error:

at /home/jg/public_html/cellblock/ubb_lib_mail.cgi line 39

When I try to do a few things:
1) Anytime someone sends a pm they get it
2) Whenever I try to update a couple things in the cp, I get it
I've looked at the ubb_lib_mail file but don't see anything that looks like a cause for concern in it.
I'm running a UBB v6.04e
Can anyone help with this?
