Ive downloaded and installed the hack
http://www.arlo.net/ubb/hacks/inactive.txt Which shows and emails inactive users.
It was written for 5.45, im using 5.47d
The install seemed to go ok.
When I search for inactive users I get this error
Sorry, but we couldn't find any users within the last 999999 registrations that match your search for Inactive. Please go back and try again! Anyone got it working for 5.47d?
