Let users track a thread they did not post-the name is self-explanatory...
Reply Subject -allows posters to type in a subject for each post they add to a thread; default text being re: Thread Title [ie. it is a required field and they only change it if they feel like it]
I've searched both the UBBDev and Spawn's databases, but no dice... am I blind?
