Hi guys, I want to be able to hack the UBB 5.45c so that nobody can post ALL CAPS subject headers, and if they do, then the hack should change it to normal text.
I looked in the database here, but the URL specified there is outdated.
Any help would be appreciated much. Thanks in advance.
