I found out more:
ubb_search.cgi
--------------
at @index = sort( ....
another sub routine is called which is included in ubb_lib_files.cgi
ubb_lib_files.cgi
-----------------
in subroutine: OpenFileAsArray
The script stops here: @thisarray =
There is no more output after that array.
I tested it using simple print commands.
@thisarray is calling a subroutine in ubb_lib_filehande.cgi
ubb_lib_filehande.cgi
---------------------
in subroutine: readfile_asarray
everythings seems to be okay, but if you try to print the content of array $tempvar, there will be also no output.
Either the script-compiling stops in ubb_lib_filehande.cgi at this return line: return split(/n/, $tempvar);
or it stops in ubb_lib_files.cgi at the assignment: @thisarray = ...
Could it be that a server settings stops the script ?
or that the Perl version cannot initialize such big arrays ?
Please tell me!
