Mastermind, the avatar hack is:

I have two sites, one it works fine, the second, it seems like it should work, but my name isn't showing the avatar. Everything in the CP is correct and looks right, and when you try to register, it does show the avatars and the list...it just doesn't show the avatar on my name or any name for that matter on the posts.
Any other idea's?
