I tried to install Avatars, but when I update the control panel-avatars settings , it just show the following and no update action done, what's the problem ? I tried to upload the vars_avatars.cgi & vars_wordlet_avatars.cgi as you said, but still no work.. please suggest the solution of it , thank you very much
