This is a really small adaptation of the ubb 5 version.

You must have one of Qasic's Avatar Mod installed. You must have the module Size.pm installed in your server if you want to control image types and sizes, this can be found at http://www.cpan.org .

Description: Lets any user upload an image to be used as his avatar. You can set width x height and maximum file sizes. The script sends an e-mail to the administrator when someone upload an avatar, if desired.

Install: Edit the file uploadavatar.txt to choose your options. Edit the file uploadavatar.htm as you see fit, changing the url in the

Upload this files, then upload the html file.

I believe the new versions of the avatar mod still accept this same changes as the one im currently using. If not, its just a matter of minor avatar_list.pl code adjustments, and im sure someone from this forum can help.
