U-zine article. These are the first editions of fully xhtml 1.0 transitional compliant public template files and cgi changes. Only distributed in a MHP format due to the sheer amount of work to be done. This affects all public template, wordlet, and cgi files.
Intended to be the first modification you install on your forums, this will either not install on previously modified files, or overwrite what you have done.
