It's up to you SW... I'd at least make a good-faith effort to contact her...:) Email, phone, snail mail, blah blah blah.. is she still running the second licensed site? Can you contact her through that one? What about domain names and the contact info from them? You can pretty much find anybody now-a-days if they've been on the net any length of time...
We aren't the IP Police... I'd have no way of verifying your license # in the first place...:)
