IP Logging, Not Logging

I am running UBB 6.2 on a Mac OS X Server platform. I seem to be having a problem getting the IP address to record correctly.

It did when I first setup the UBB, but has stopped after about a month.

It is only giving me the IP address of the Server on everybodys posts. Anybody else having this problem; and if so, how can I fix this problem?
