require valid-user


(/usr/home/v1/*******/html/Members/) is your path so change it to your path etc you can see it in your cp

make also a file called .htpasswd

in that file u must place encryped login example
user:12349OOPdNRK7w
(user that the user login name)
(12349OOPdNRK7w this is the encrypted password)
