I'll comment only on those I know of...
- Avatars: Built right in. Set your Junior Member -> Member threshold to a certain number, then enable avatars for Members, Mods, and Admins. (Upload util not included.)
- Custom ranks - you can define 15 custom levels with unrestricted HTML right through the control panel. You can easily up the number of levels via a minor template hack. Individual user titles as well.
- Anchors - Built in
- PNTF - Built in
- Memberslist - There's a current hack for it, and we're doing it in 6.4(.1?)
- Total posts/topics? Never heard of that one. If it's like the statistics hack, avoid it. (Very resource intensive)
- Sticky - exists as a hack
- Megamods - exists as a hack
- Compression - cgi_buffer, I assume? Still works - same exact hack
- IP recording on signup - built in
- Avatar view - built in with the avatar feature
- Sig view - I remember this hack, but I don't thiunk it's been ported
- Hit hack - AVOID. Resource intensive.
- CSS templates - Allen's created a set.
