I guess that people pay Infopop to transfer their boards only if they have a problem moving it themselves - then it might take many hours to move it. If it's a very simple move - they can just move it themselves or hire someone that wants less money. The problem is that they can mess something up or just give up, and Infopop (probably) will sort it...
