im not quite sure whether they left info out of the zip i downloaded or what but my ubb_lib is missing info that makes my cp and ubb not work at all. here is the error i get...

if i find CHARSET in the ubb_lib and set it to whatever it works for control panel but not for ultimatebb.cgi. anyone know what exactly is supposed to be there?
