once u have all your files uploaded go to www.mysitehere.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgifolder/cp.cgi it will just be like installing a new ubb, u set the paths and it will forward u to the cp, then u can login as the admin (it wont overwrite anything) and set you hack paths if u have any needing changeing
