The entire ubb is slow. It's on a Unix and the rest of the site is fine so I know it's not the server, here are a couple of the errors it gives:

What's weird is that if I delete vars_config.cgi and refil in the paths on the opening page thenit will go fast again for 5 minutes before bogging down.
