Steven, the biggest problem IMO isn't whether the UBB is legal or not, it's because we simply can't answer many questions about old versions, such as this one: maybe like Allen said 6.2.1.2 fixes it, and the biggest problem: we can't know what's ubb_lib.cgi 1712, where is it called in cp, etc (also if we tell the user to do Tracer, we might need more lines, more tracers, etc). The oldest UBB I have is 6.2.1.2, and line 1712 is:
