I was wondering if anyone here would help me fix the problem I have with Instant Messanger from

I installed it using MultiHack
It seems to be working except 2 things
1: It doesnt recognise it in the control panel, because its, well it does, but its just a blank spot. when you scroll over it, the blankspot is active and lets you see IM wordletts.
2: When you Im someone on the baord, it doesnt IM them, it looks like it does, but the person doesn't recieve the IM
