It isn't based on Everyauction however.

Seems that the "developers" of ultimate auction basically took Every Auction, added the mods posted by others and are now offering it as "their" software for $300+
We at ubbdev in no way support any development for ultimate auction :puke: Obviously written by kids out to make money off someone else's hard work.
