did that as well, I also reinstalled windowsXP on a new drive, brand new computer, same thing! Isn't it weird?

Gizzy? what are your Java settings in your XP? You said you have no trouble at all deleting? It has to be something about this windows because at work, on NT, I can delete everything.
Anybody else running XP Pro and can delete from the Shoutbox?
