Attempting to integrate Hitbox for forum stats, plus banner ads, and Google ads. Never done this before. Received below instructions from my partner with magazine on my forum
www.practicalmachinist.com and right off the bat hit a snag in that I'm not sure what they mean by "in the very top of each page" What is "each page" exactly and where would I find the html files for "each page" ? Do they mean every web page possible on my site, or just the home page of each forum, or ??

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Upload the files in the Hitbox, OASScript and AMLogos directories to your site.
2. Place The Hitbox code (hbx_page_code_standard.txt in the Hitbox directory) in the very top of each page, right after the 'body' tag
>> You should be able to ignore the other code unless you have any custom error pages or SSL pages. If so I can talk you through that.
**** Hitbox should now be recording on your site ****
3. Between the 'HEAD''/HEAD' tags place the following code.

4. Replace the top portion of your code with TopNavHTML.txt
>> You will need to modify the code to replace YOUR_IMAGE_HERE with the pathname to your reduced logo image.
**** You should now be seeing OAS served ads on your site ****
**** One Top banner and 8 buttons ****
5. Insert the Google code (google.txt) at the footer
**** You should now be seeing Google ads on your site ****
6. At this point you should be seeing ads on your pages -- button ads, banner ads, and google ads.
