It's not a BIG issue. I mean, I could live without having this turned on; it's my OCD kicking in--wanting everything to be just right! 
Yup I have the same problem as well on my 6.3.0. DOesnt matter regular or JC templates. Although I dont use the JC templates. I hope someone can fix this issue for the 6.3 board. I like that feature in the News Fader.
