Xpert... try going into your UD account and check this section >> My Device Manager: Device Profile Uncheck United Devices Anthrax Research Project if it isn't. Mine automatically changed, to unchecked, a day or 2 ago but there is still one processing on my laptop. (and that one I unchecked manually. Go figure)
