-If the forum is privet and the user has access
to it, it will be shown for him in forum summary
-If the forum is password protected and the user
has set its password it will be shown for him
-if he know the password but he did not set it he
need a direct link to the forum so he can set the
password so it will be shown for him in the form
summary

Notes: I have done a privet forum hack for
6.21 and I do not now if it will work for 6.5
I have the 6.5 code but I did not have it running
so I can not test it
