I like the idea of an installer being via the browser, I might take a stab at this. I'm getting my Linux system installed on Tuesday or so, so I'll probably polish off all the setup instructions while I'm at it. I'll try including a blurb in there for folks who don't have telnet access how to do the createtable step. I'll also take a look at the "hosted" instructions and see if they can be improved upon.
