In Admin, click Show/Edit Users. Choose Username in the top dropdown box in the right frame. Type the Webmaster's name in the text box, then click Submit at the bottom.
On the next screen, click their username.
Click "Remove from moderator list".
Check the checkboxes next to each forum you do not want them listed as a moderator for, then click Submit.
