I get really annoyed at the daily can't register emails. They diffeniately need some hand holding at the front screen.
I get questions like what is a username? password? do you supply password? Date? the extreme basics they have trouble with. I have the errors messages for when they forget to fill out the form boxes but they can't solve any little confusion on there own.
