UBB.Developers Forums UBB.threads 7 Development How Do I? Date Formats

When the date format for the forums is changed in the Admin Ctrl Panel from 01/16/03 02:12 AM to the expanded format Thu Jan 16 2003 02:12 AM , the registration date underneath a member's name changes from:
Reged: 1/16/03
to the truncated format:
Reged: Thu Jan 16
[ see posts on this page at www.funtrivia.com ]

I can't locate (maybe there isn't one) an option/toggle in the Admin Ctrl Panel to change the display for the Reged date, so that the year shows up e.g. Jan 16 03, which should take up the same amount of space as Thu Jan 16? Is there an option to reduce the font size, so that the complete Reged date is displayed. I can't find anything in the Admin Ctrl Panel.
