Ahah. Thank you. I've looked at that file, and somehow missed that before. I suspect that because for some reason, there's a blank line in there before the line break on the version I have, and it threw some kink into my visual pattern recognition attempts.
Have made the change to try to make all that one line, and have mixed feelings about it.
Now, can anyone point me to where in what .php file the icon for the last post display is done, so I can see if I can make that change color to the orange icons if the post is new to the user as well?
