actualy, i have hired a programmer to make a chat especialy for ubbt 6,2
it´s still running in development beta, but it is looking goood ;O)
the most importent for me that i asked for is that it uses ubbt username and password for login, it uses ubbt profiles, it uses U_extra5 field to chat velcome and so on...
As soon as it is done i will make an topic on ubbdev.com about it. it Wont be free off charge, but it vill be an real professional text chat.
