Thanks for the responses. Our site and email went down at about noon today so it was crunch time. Couldn't even connect via ftp. We went with with a reseller plan through TekAdvantage. 3GB storage, 60 GB bandwidth, $50/month for right now with the option to upgrade monthly. It will do for right now. They use cPanel/WHM for their control panels. Haven't even started uploading the baords. Waiting for the DNS transfer to go through. Featureprice's helpdesk came up for about an hour this afternoon so I was able to get in and get the contact info for our domain transfered to our company's name, so that headache is out of the way. Who nows how much business we lost today. The emails aren't even bouncing back, they just seem to be disappearing. Trying to connect to the email server returns a no socket error. It is just a waiting game now. Hopefully the registrar isn't playing games(I've they are dening recievale of request for transfer).
Yeah, you do get what you pay for. But, Featureprice had such good reviews when I did my research that I thought it was legit.
