You'll need to write a script for that, it shouldn't be that complicated.
1. Make a form where you can enter a date
2. Grab alle threads that where active after a certain date
3. Output the threads in an adequate way (maybe like the print thread sites?)
It would be easiest to use HTML as the output format, cause the posts are stored in html. But it should be possible to output rtf or even some xml also. This would regquire some additional parsing, but it is possible.
Maybe you can provide an example what structure these threads and the FAQ have.
