Sent messages are not normally saved unless you check the box to specificially save them.
This mod does not work to save outgoing PMs. You woudln't want to anyway. Sending a PM to everyone puts an entry for every user you sent to in the database. Allowing the admin to save the sent PM would double that. Incredibly dangerous database bloat.
