With an unmodified board it is a cake walk. Just make sure you backup your database before the upgrade(I know its in the instructions but it bears repeating) in case one of the scripts hicups or you accidently run a script twice and have to restore and run it again. It shouldn't take much more time than it takes you to upload the files.
